Dell CSB Field Marketing Organization Culture + Talent Lead in Hopkinton, Massachusetts

They work in close partnership with teams that specialize in segment marketing, global operations, product management, customer relationship marketing and finance. In collaboration, they build both demand plans for whole product families and specific marketing plans for particular products or segments. Outlining approaches as well as specific activities, they are key to establishing, enhancing and distinguishing Dell Technologies product placement within a competitive global market. What you’ll achieve

As the CSB Field Marketing Organization Talent + Culture Lead you'll span across all teams within CSB Field Marketing striving to define moments that will allow our large organization to come together into one, cohesive, collaborative group. You will build an environment that inspires team member potential and makes both the Strategy and Culture “real” through leadership results, aligning development opportunities to potential, and being a thought leader, understanding the latest learning trends and best practices.

You will:

  • Develop opportunities for team cohesion and team feedback

  • Act as strategic advisor to HRBPs in the areas of talent management, change management, and organizational effectiveness

  • Help define and advance our cultural aspirations as a growth mind-set organization where trying, testing, learning and sometimes failing are not only tolerated but welcomed

  • Build a catalog of recommended learnings by skill/ level that can be leveraged across the organization

  • Act as the CSB representative to GFPM Mentor Program

  • Manage the CSB Field Marketing Tell Dell Action Plan from building to progress readouts to completion

Essential Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of related marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7+ years with a Master’s degree

  • Passion around organization culture + fostering team member inclusion/ training programs

  • Strong program management skills and experience; along with excellent written and verbal communications skills with a key skill around communication plans

  • Experience translating strategic ideas into pragmatic steps to deliver the business outcome

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving skills and ability to work through complex problems

  • Ability to foster strong operational command of role and tasks to drive them forward

Desirable Requirements

  • Organizational Development or Talent Management experience
