Conklin Office Furniture Customer Service Specialist in Holyoke, Massachusetts

Customer Service Specialist - Full Time position M-F 8:30 am. - 5:00 pm. As the Customer Service Specialist, you will assist, as needed, with requests from the salespeople. This includes, but not limited to, tracking shipped orders, reminders to sales team of deliveries, revisions and/or date changes. In collaboration with the sales team, you will be required to meet customer satisfaction goals by means interacting with customers on a daily basis and responding to their questions or guiding them to the appropriate service person. The role of the CSR Specialist also entails entering and processing sales orders as needed for multiple sales people, preparing correspondences and creating proforma invoices.
