Robert Half Chief Finance Officer in Holyoke, Massachusetts

CFO Job Type - Permanent Pay Rate - \$120,000.00 - \$140,000.00 / Yearly Description This job\'s time zone is Eastern. We are in search of a CFO to join our team located in Holyoke, Massachusetts. As a CFO, you will oversee all financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting principles and local, state, and federal regulations, and contribute to achieving performance goals. Responsibilities: Manage the activities of the business office staff, including billing, collections, financial counseling, utilization review, and data processing Implement and maintain effective revenue cycle processes to optimize cash flow Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented to minimize risk to the facility Oversee the accurate capturing and posting of all financial and daily accounting activities Ensure timely completion and distribution of monthly financial statements and regular productivity reports Maintain patient accounts receivable at appropriate levels considering market, payer, and acuity mix Contribute to and monitor performance goals and objectives, analyze variances, and develop action plans to achieve targets Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly and internal controls are in place to facilitate clean audit opinions Oversee departments such as Accounting, Patient Financial Services, Purchasing, Payroll, and others as required Ensure the accurate and timely completion of the financial closing process each month Prepare and distribute financial statements and monthly operating review reports Responsible for the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets Assist the corporate finance and accounting team in the annual independent audit preparation and process Regularly report on operating statistics and financial metrics as scheduled or requested.
