Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to perform both scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency maintenance on testing equipment used for PC boards at various manufacturing companies across the country. Moreover, you will interact with our valued customers, requiring strong customer service skills. Your duties will also include troubleshooting machines, diagnosing issues, and following instructions to repair equipment.

Hard Skills

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Haverhill, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This role involves a 50/50 split between travel and in-house work. You will be primarily asked to travel to locations in the Northeast and Midwest. Travel can be sporadic throughout the month, but you will be based in-house when not on travel.
