Completes post formation operations on formed elements.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Operates cutting saws, ultrasonic welders, assembly and packaging.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensures a safe work environment and adheres to all safety procedures.

  • Reads and comprehends procedures and methods and populates required information on required paperwork.

  • Monitors quality and accuracy of products manufactured.

  • Performs 5S daily.

  • Participates in natural HPT.

Cutting:

  • Operates manual saws, uses Vernier, dusts and deburrs filter tubes and packs filter elements with minimal supervision in accordance with procedures and specifications.

DFU:

  • Compiles necessary components required for work orders.

  • Operates Ultrasonic welders, saw, labeler, bagger and packaging.

Pay rate ranges from $20 to $23 based on experience.

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED required.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing and machine operating preferred.

SKILLS:

• Ability to read and understand work orders, special data cover sheets, written and verbal instructions.
