We are supporting our Client in Haverhill, Ma in their search for a customer service professional who will take great care of their account reps while supporting their logistics team. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience with TMS software and a customer service background. Responsibilities

• Process Customer Orders: Handle customer orders efficiently.

• Track and Trace: Monitor driver and delivery progress and locations.

• Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with account representatives.

• Deliver Customer Expectations: Provide continuous load updates and respond to inquiries.

• Set Appointments: Schedule necessary appointments.

• Coordination: Work with planners and dispatchers to provide timely updates in the transportation management system.

• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the Logistics Operation Team.
