As the Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving the profitable growth of the division. You will serve as a key business partner to the General Manager and other business line managers, working collaboratively to enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the profitable growth of the division by providing expert guidance and support to the Leadership Team in the area of business control.

• Lead the financial planning process, partnering with Product Company leadership to establish annual department budgets, review spending, and plan for strategic initiatives.

• Ensure the implementation and maintenance of robust internal control processes, aligned with operational guidelines.

• Oversee timely and high-quality reporting and analysis in accordance with company standards.

• Play a pivotal role in the transition of the Product Company's ERP system.

• Collaborate with Logistics and other functions to facilitate physical inventories and cycle counting activities.

• Analyze and provide insights on variances to established plans, proposing corrective actions where necessary.

• Lead the annual cost roll of product costs, requiring close collaboration with the Finance team internationally.

• Develop the capability of the finance function through training and mentoring, ensuring cross-training to mitigate single points of failure.

Targeted compensation is between $180k and $200k salary plus bonus.

Requirements

• 5+ years similar Controller experience at Plant / Business Unit level
