Credence LLC Test Engineer in Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts

Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Test Engineer to provide support to the Air Force Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) and Senior National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) integration efforts.

  • Provide assistance with preparing, maintaining, updating, and reviewing the full range of test and test-related documentation to include the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Integrated System Test Plan, Integrated Test Team (ITT) Charter, Program Introduction Document, Statement of Capabilities and all other test plans and reports as required.

  • Review documentation for adequacy, specification/performance requirement compliance, conformity with mandatory guidance, and provide recommendations to the Government as necessary for improvement.

  • Recommend, assess, and analyze requirements and objectives, test and evaluation concepts, strategies, and plans.

  • Coordinates the acceptance test procedures for the delivered items and associated plans to include, coordination of testing requirements with program office customers, contractors, and other agencies that have standardization requirements for test programs.

  • Provide specialized engineering, test, and evaluation assistance and develop associated documentation as necessary to conduct continuing end-to-end technical and operational assessment of NLCC/NC communication systems.

  • Provide system/program engineering, technical support for acquisition, integration, sustainment, continued evolution, deployment/fielding and installation, operations, and field support of communication systems.

  • Provide test analysis and evaluation support service including, but not limited to, witnessing tests and analyzing engineering performance analysis reports and test data collected during developmental and operational tests.

  • Work unusually complex problems with consultative direction.

  • Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

  • Analyses are performed at all levels of total systems that support NLCC and NC3 mission areas. This includes, but is not limited to, ground fixed, ground mobile, airborne, and maritime with voice, data, and video communications services in non-secure and secure modes of operation.

  • Perform duties such as site surveys, system evaluation, system analysis, and infrastructure assessment of various systems and services such as: DISN, VOIP, SVTS, and CMS.

  • Provide engineering support to the Directorate, Divisions, or WS programs as required by the Government.

  • TS/SCI clearance is required.
