Adecco is working with a global leader in providing essential power solutions to the Industrial Technology, Healthcare and Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment sectors in Gloucester, MA who is hiring immediately for a Facilities Technician on 1st shift! As a Facilities Technician, you will perform essential duties with starting pay ranging from $25-$30/hour, plus available overtime.

• Facilities Technician Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday (may be called in for emergencies on off hours) Responsibilities:

• Makes minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs. Replenish restroom supplies Empties trash Adheres to Preventative Maintenance Schedule Ability to support Safety Audits Support production team and prioritize fixes Notifies Facility Manager of maintenance problems and recommended solutions Assists in all aspects of property's maintenance, including grounds, custodial, preventative, and corrective maintenance Assist in building office furniture, support moves, and other duties as necessary Attend required health, safety, IT and HR training and follow company policies, procedures, and practices. KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 3-5 years' experience in a Maintenance role

• Ability to effectively use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and other common office tools.

• Knowledge of appropriate power tools and how to use them in a safe manner

• General HVAC knowledge

• Safety minded. Adheres to and proactively follows all safety protocols.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Effective problem-solver, familiar with Lean and 6S.

• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct

• Must demonstrate neat appearance

• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in English.
