Requirements: - Strong customer service and office administrative skills - Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers - 2+ years of past relevant experience - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research - Strong familiarity with email - Quality control experience - Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office - Comprehensive knowledge of complaints - Proven knowledge of switchboard phones from 10 -30 lines - Knowledge of customer service -Flexibility in schedule required.
