Sustainability Specialist - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Sustainability Specialist VIE in our Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) team you will implement Sanofi’s strategic direction for HSE. You will assure that the business achieves compliance with all Legal and Sanofi requirements including Policies, Procedures, Standards and that performance goals for HSE are met. You will work on continuous safety improvement to meet annual safety improvement targets and drive the development of HSE Culture within the business.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement next-generation digital platforms within the HSE department to enhance productivity through technology solutions.

• Manage the transition of the HSE Management System to digital platforms using computer and web-based opportunities.

• Provide support and continuous improvement activities to HSE and Operational Excellence teams.

• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.

• Coordinate and attend meetings with department members.

• Lead a project to review and transition current HSE Management Systems to digital platforms, developing action plans based on analysis.

• Implement digital solutions to streamline information sharing and communication throughout the MA BioCampus.

About you

Experience:

• Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and other applicable regulatory requirements is preferred.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast, priority-switching environment.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Basic Computer skills in the Microsoft office suite of programs.

• Driving license.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene or Environmental related disciplines or Engineering degree with passion in Health, Safety and Environment.

Languages:

• Fluent English.
