Sr. Transportation Analyst

The Sr. Transportation Analyst is responsible for planning the movement of Staples product from vendors to distribution locations, as well as from distribution locations to Staples Retail locations and Customer Locations. Sr. Transportation Analysts are required to plan the movement of goods in the most cost-effective manner while meeting all delivery and quality standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Perform an appropriate quantity of multiple systems data configurations accurately and timely at the direction of department manager and senior analyst
Provide an appropriate quantity of analysis of existing systems data configuration, accurately and timely to collaborate with department manager and senior analyst to determine if attention is needed
Communicate: appropriately, clearly, accurately, and timely, both in writing and verbally, on system configurations, analysis and work accomplished

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of related work experience in logistics/supply chain is favorable
Experience using data analysis tools such as: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook is a plus

- Bachelor’s Degree
