Staples’ Data & Analytics team eliminates data silos and unifies customer data across all Staples’ commerce channels. We are currently tasked with creating a single trusted data platform to provide a 360o view of our customer. We will enable customer insights to make effective decisions to target the right customers for acquisition, offer personalized products and services, enable customer growth, and take proactive actions to increase retention through data analytics.

Your Role

You will drive the product vision and help build a strategy that will connect the current business state to the desired state within the pricing domain. Develop new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect market and user requirements. This person will conduct research and develop a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors. Work on a cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions. This transformational change will impact how we ultimately deliver deals across our digital and traditional sales channels. Working across several functional business areas, you will help deliver personalized experiences and solutions that impacts our customers’ journey throughout their engagement with Staples.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive the strategic vision & execution of Staplesomni-channel customer experience.

  • Define the product vision around customersegment and needs.

  • Take your knowledge about technical systems,resources and impact to business to prioritize product requests.

  • Lead product and business teams to define anddeliver on key milestones, be collaborative.

  • Work with internal partners and external thirdparties to build capabilities that move the needle on customer engagement.

The Skills YouBring

  • 10+ years of product management experience,preferably within E-commerce or SaaS industries.

  • Experience with pricing optimization, Vendavo,PROS/CPQ highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of strong executionand experience partnering with technical teams to deliver results using Agilemethodologies.

  • Ability to prioritize product requests by beingknowledgeable about the systems, resources, and business impact.

  • Customer-centric focused with proventrack-record of developing and acting on customer insights.

  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis,and usability testing.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA degree.
