You are a master of creating high-impact demand generation programs to grow a talent network, and in this role, you will coach and mentor others to do the same. You will oversee a team of recruitment marketers, supporting them in driving compelling and impactful recruitment marketing strategies across our key business areas. And data? You love it and use it to learn, adapt, and shift direction needed. You will own Staples social presence related to recruiting and will ensure our employer value proposition is consistent and compelling across our portfolio of digital. Key Job Responsibilities

  • Designand deliver an effective Staples recruitment marketing strategy across allrecruitment channels

  • LeadStaples recruitment marketing team and processes, building a pipeline of highquality candidates

  • You arethe go to person for all things recruitment marketing, building best practices,marketing materials and capabilities of the entire TA team to drive candidateflow

  • AmplifyingStaples employer brand and reputation across all candidate-facing siteschannels in design and message

  • Managethe Staples Career site, CRM database and all recruitment marketing platformsand vendor relationships

  • Lead thevision to ensure Staples candidate experience is one of the best.

  • Inspireassociates to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifyingour reach and influence throughout the candidate journey

  • Youensure Staples Recruitment Marketers are building effective marketingstrategies to attract, engage, nurture, and convert a strong talent pipeline.

  • Overseethe recruitment marketing funnel metrics across all channels and measure,analyze and evaluate the sources and tactics that produce the best hires forthe organization

  • Discoveringcurrent trends and understanding emerging marketing strategies to keep us onestep ahead

  • Engagewith HR and business leaders to understand current business trends that couldaffect changes in branding strategy

  • Youcollaborate across Talent Acquisition, partner with Marketing, support businessleaders and work with vendors to make big things happen

  • Manage two direct reports


Education/Experience Equivalent (minimum requirements)

  • BachelorDegree required

  • 4-6 yearsrelated Business experience

  • Priorexperience leading a recruitment marketing effort

  • You arecustomer driven and results oriented, constantly learning and understanding thebusiness needs and maintaining strong and effective relationships across theorganization
