What you’ll be doing:
Work with business and technology stakeholders to define business processes and requirements reflecting opportunities for superior customer experience
Help define and evangelize product visions; translate vision into roadmaps and detailed execution plans
Represent business and technical stakeholders in agile teams and sign off user/enabler stories as done based on business and technical requirements.
Maintain roadmaps including iterations; break down large scale initiatives into user stories
Assist with eliciting and analyzing internal and external customer needs, opportunities, and gaps and translate into solutions/product features to deliver a world class furniture platform
Map processes, identify process improvements, and influence team and stakeholders
Document user requirements including launch and ongoing KPIs to monitor product health and ongoing business value
Manage schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development, launch, and enhancements
Assist in the adoption and maturing of agile practices based on SAFe best practices
Manage multiple tasks concurrently and work within tight deadlines to balance workload effectively

Creative problem solver – ability to analyze complex data and user requests into simple design approved solutions
Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to support multiple simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
Entrepreneurial mentality: willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years in a Product leadership role - experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, building process flows, and creating other associated artifacts to inform software engineers and the development needs
Experience working in Retail, eCommerce, Order Management, third party and/or legacy software application integrations
Experience with Jira and Confluence
MS Office suite proficiency; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
Experience with both Agile and Scrum processes from a Product owner perspective
Knowledge of B2B / B2C ecommerce, industry trends, and technologies
Customer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights
A passion for empathizing with the customer and improving the user experience
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to persuasively present ideas and recommendations to senior management
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans
Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities with demonstrated track record of strong execution and experience partnering with technical teams to deliver results.
