TITLE: Marketing Designer (Email Marketing)
Summary: The Senior Designer/Art Director is part of an in-house creative team and is responsible for developing innovative and strategically driven concepts and translating them into finished creative product. Using proven talent and consistent conceptual thinking, the Senior Designer/Art Director must communicate the brand message in a uniquely fresh, memorable, and persuasive way.
4-6 + years of related work experience and/or training or equivalent combinations of education and experience, fashion, social media platforms and best practices, photography and styling.
High School degree and BFA or design degree required.
Possesses a solid understanding of graphic design, photography (including ability to capture images), illustration, typography, animation and social media platforms.

Thinks and articulates both verbally and visually when working with/without copy writers.
Solid interpersonal/communication skills
Proven ability to effectively present ideas to team, clients, and/or senior creative team.
Intelligent thinking, demonstrating strong organizational skills and accuracy.
Ability to juggle multiple projects.
Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop (including.gif building), Illustrator and animation using applications such as After Effects.
Must be current on industry trends and possess a vast technical design skill across all media.

With a medium level of supervision and direction from the senior creative, partners with a copywriter and conceives and executes social media content across multiple channels, consistent with the agreed upon strategy and in accordance with the brand guidelines.
Helps to develop and guide creative ideas based on input from project managers, in-house creative team and personal research.
