Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a lead within Sanofi’s Global Maintenance Community, collaborating in a matrix organization with site engineering teams and other global engineering business units.

  • Define and align best-in-class, Sanofi maintenance management standards, asset performance metrics, and improvement objectives across all North America sites.

  • Support the development of multiyear, continuous, site maintenance improvement programs aligned to (VDM) Value Driven Maintenance management methodologies.

  • Drive the development of site master plans and reliability strategies across all North America sites including strategy plans, obsolescence plans, OEE, spare parts management, etc.

  • Collect and drive efficiencies to reduce site’s Total Maintenance Costs (TMC)

  • Partnering with sites and Procurement align a global standard organization and resource sourcing strategy to provide agile support for maintenance, calibration and project delivery.

  • Partnering with Global Asset Management to standardize a digital asset management environment, including CMMS, calibration programs and predictive maintenance strategy.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or other similar, relevant disciplines and a minimum of 10 years in Engineering experience, having spent time at complex site or Sites and in a function with responsibility for maintenance, calibration and asset management

  • Experience of coaching, developing and influencing people at different levels of the organization in a matrix organization

  • Command of change management methodologies at leadership level

  • Ability to lead and drive global standardization

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate complex workshops and trainings and experience working with senior leaders within an organization.

  • Lead, influence and engage stakeholders regardless of hierarchical position and build effective working relationships.

  • Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally

  • Fluency in English and proficient in Spanish
