Rave Mobile Safety Director, Digital Marketing in Framingham, Massachusetts

Rave is looking for a proven leader to drive our digital marketing strategy. In this highly-visible and hands-on leadership role, you will work closely with our Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer to develop a best in class B2B digital ecosystem and content marketing engine. This role requires a unique blend of digital technologist, strategist, doer and leader. Digital marketing plays a critical role in Rave’s inbound marketing strategy. You’ll be tasked with quickly optimizing our existing digital marketing efforts and setting a vision for rapid expansion.

Currently due to COVID all Ravers are working remotely.

Once Rave's offices safely re-open, this position can remain remote but will report into the headquarters in MA.

What you'll do:

  • Own the digital channel ecosystem and heavily influence the strategy for web, blog and social media working with peers from within the marketing organization and outside of it

  • Lead digital marketing team to expand Rave’s digital footprint, brand awareness, and inbound lead generation

  • Live and breathe digital content and digital channels from how website and digital channels should be optimized for digital performance, to organic SEO, paid search and social media. The creation, performance and maintenance of digital content and channels is how success will be measured

  • Participate heavily in the creation and management of digital KPIs, benchmarking based on B2B industry best practices and internal performance, and providing optimization recommendations and implementation to help Rave achieve our goals on digital channels

  • Develop digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, mid-funnel movement, and existing client engagement in collaboration with demand generation, product marketing, design, and other Rave team members

  • Own the marketing testing roadmap, optimizing towards volume (leads, MQLs, SQOs, Wins), key conversion rates, and cost-related ROI metrics as needed for all digital marketing tactics

  • Own all paid media, search engine optimization, and conversion rate optimization strategies

  • Shape inbound marketing strategies in collaboration with demand generation, product marketing, content strategists, and designers

  • Develop cross-team communication channels and processes with sales, customer success, and analytics leaders in order to ensure optimal campaign execution

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, business, or a quantitative field; or equivalent

  • 7-10 years of digital marketing experience with a multi-channel B2B SaaS focus

  • Expert-level understanding of Google Ads (AdWords), social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.), and other B2B paid media channels

  • Understanding of account-based marketing / ABM intent-driven advertising tools, conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques

  • Love of MS-Excel and Google Analytics

  • Experience with marketing technologies (Salesforce as CRM, Hubspot as CMS), data analysis and visualization (Salesforce Einstein, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio)

  • Strategic thinker, team-builder, collaborator, innovator, data geek, creative blogger, organizational wizard, high performer

  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and research skills

  • Passion for emerging web marketing and technology trends
