Emerald is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Framingham, MA. This role will support the CE Pro, Commercial Integrator, TechDecisions, Security Sales & Integration, and Campus Safety brands with digital marketing, webcast execution, awards programs, and sales administration.
The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and our Billing department to manage sales fulfillment, operations, and reporting; manage end-to-end execution of our webinar products; develop and manage marketing for our awards programs; and execute digital marketing campaigns to support our products.

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production and Billing Dept
Digital marketing, including email marketing using Marketing Cloud and Pardot
Deliver targeted email marketing campaigns
Review performance and optimize to increase conversions
Execute online marketing initiatives to build more audience
End-to-end management and execution of our webinar products, from sales hand-off, to promotion, to production, lead delivery and post-event responsibilities
End-to-end management and execution of our awards marketing, from program launch, to promotion, and deliverables
Manage award and guide program – marketing, coordination and revenue tracking.
Create and generate reporting from CRM for both internal and external consumption
Build various types of landing pages to integrate with our database and email automation platforms
Create email and ad copy to drive traffic to these pages and convert to leads
Execute sales promotions to sponsor and exhibitor prospects
Guide creative resources to create promotional pieces when needed
Social media marketing to include posting to multiple accounts, managing posts & communications, tracking engagement and interfacing social media with other marketing media
Implement Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads paid campaigns as needed
1+ years' experience in digital marketing; internship experience will also be considered for this entry level position
Exposure to email marketing, web design and/or content management systems highly desired
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel with the ability to quickly learn and master new digital tools
Exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced, changing environment, managing multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines
Knows and can quickly and calmly apply contingency plans for dealing with common problems that can occur during a live webcast
Experience working with internal and/or external clients and a strong desire to exceed their expectations
