/The Opportunity/
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. We are a People First organization, with a mission of putting our customers at the center of everything we do.

Customer Service Representatives must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner. Being able to remain calm, cool and collected in a fast-paced, ever changing environment is a must!

To ensure we are able to handle our customers’ needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.

There are no late-night shifts and only limited weekend hours for our representatives.

/The Requirements/ * Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions * Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems * Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) * High school diploma or GED * Ability to complete a mandatory 6-week paid training * Customer service experience is a plus /The Location/
This role is a full time remote position- Work from home

/Our new hires will be provided with/all computer/laptop components, including a keyboard, mouse and a headset to work remotely.

/The hours:/ Training Hours- Monday- Friday Following completion of training:

/To work remotely, the following will be required:/ Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semi-private home-office space free of distractions and background noise.
Hardwired high-speed internet (broadband internet with a speed of 50 mbps or faster).
A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting.
Live within driving distance of a WM Office
