Provides assistance to credit analysts with complex loan analysis, financial statement review, and loan structuring. Accompanies Loan Officer on business calls to existing and prospective customers and assists the Loan Officer in developing and preparing the loan proposal; analyzes all relevant credit and financial data used in evaluating the creditworthiness of commercial borrowers, and in producing a comprehensive objective credit analysis in order to assist management in the loan decision making process. Education, Experience, and Skills Required: The following skills, experience, or background are necessary (with or without accommodation) for this position. A bachelor\'s degree or the equivalent work-related experience in business, finance, or accounting in order to be able to analyze financial statements and to make industry evaluations. A high level of analytical ability and detail orientation to determine the loan risk involved and recommend credit limitation and structure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of three years of prior credit experience in a banking environment. Strong PC knowledge. Physical Demands/Conditions Requirements: General office environment. Frequent use of computer.
