Blount Fine Foods Prep- 2nd shift in Fall River, Massachusetts
Summary In addition to being responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of ingredients for Production utilization, the Prep1 position also requires the following: Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned.
Ability to work independently in specific “work zone”
Responsible for accurate and efficient processing, while minimizing/eliminating the possibility of foreign material introduction into any products
Helps to expedite the Prep line throughout the shift
Ability to establish and develop productive working relationships with fellow Prep staff personnel
Creates a positive environment, and makes the team stronger
Accountable for individual KPI’s. Ability to discuss and offer process recommendations
In event of absence, position will be filled by another adequately trained Prep 1 staff member
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Batch kitting; the process of bulk ingredient breakdown, weighing and labeling, to recipe and SOP specific requirements.
Works closely with Production and fellow team members
Working efficiently and in an organized and clean manner.
