Cape Associates, Inc. Residential Property Inspector in Eastham, Massachusetts
This individual must be very familiar with all aspects of residential and commercial buildings: structure, water infiltration, mechanical systems, water and septic systems, and life expectancies of building materials and systems. Personal integrity, trustworthiness, and communication skills are a must.
Must be available for weekend or off-hours emergency storm checks.
Must take and be responsive to emergency pager overnight one week on a rotated schedule.
Must pass a CORI check.
Must be reasonably efficient with a computer, Smartphone, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be physically able to walk a large number of steps around residential properties, staircases, inside and outside of homes and maintain a good pace to compete inspections.
Position is full time.
