Ability to pass pre-employment screening Responsibilities ? In this warehouse job, you will help open and assemble furniture using hand tools; unbox and remove recyclables and help identify problems or defects ? Performs repetitive opening and assembly of merchandise including a quality check to identify damages/defects at the department minimum production standard ? Must unbox and remove recyclables of case good merchandise ? Identify sales errors regarding proper set up, color, and description of pieces ? Completes basic touch up functions utilizing finish markers, graining pencils and furniture crayons ? Transfers and sorts trash and recyclable material to the compactor/baler/EPS area and maintains a clean work area ? Operates trash compactors, recycling equipment, fork truck and electric pallet jacks as part of the trash and recycling operation Benefits Jordan\'s has budgeted the compensation for new hire employees in this position will range from \$17.50 to \$18.50 and offers promotion opportunities ?
