New England Safety Systems, Inc. Outside Sales Position in East Taunton, Massachusetts

Position Description/Minimum Qualifications * - Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers - Prospect and contact potential customers - Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints - Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments - Create sales material to present to customers - Actively seek out new business opportunities through building owners, contractors, managers, ect for all verticals performed by NESS - Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Initiate and help to maintain customer maintenance programs to keep their properties code compliant - Estimate job cost and budgeting - Assist with system design and layout - Generate and present detailed, professional proposals to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Professional understanding of all applicable codes and regulations for the scope of work needed - Track all sales activities through the company?s operations software - Other duties as assigned Special Skills - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields - Familiarity with CRM platforms - Ability to build rapport with clients - Strong negotiation skills - Deadline and detail-oriented - Knowledge of Life Safety industry - Ability to Multi Task - Advanced Customer Service Skills Computer Skills: Knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, ServiceTrade, and QuickBooks a plus
