Job Description:

General Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for all bin to bin transactions as well as physical movement of material to and from PRD and various machines in support of high-volume production. This person will also be responsible for consumable stock levels and assisting the Team Leader as needed. Additionally, this person may be utilized as a ‘floater’ to fill in where needed on the production floor at any of the various machines.

Responsibilities:

• Verify product and quantity for all product to be put away for Focus Factory Eight (hand tools), using a RF scanning device in conjunction with SAP, and put the product where directed and override as needed.

• Pick large quantity of blades from the SM high racks to support production.

• Be familiar with printing SU labels, conduct bin to bin transfers, and RF cycle counts.

• Run inventory reports in SAP and provide results to flow line manager.

• Be able to reconcile items from weekly cycle counts and investigate all inventory discrepancies.

• Operate various equipment such as power lifts, hand trucks, shrink wrapper as well as manual hand strappers.

• Must be willing to work weekends in support of production needs and act as team leader in his absence.

Demanding, fast-paced position resulting from deadline pressures, simultaneous competing demands and rapidly changing priorities. Must be able to execute tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Must be able to work independently and without supervision. Person must be highly reliable and have excellent time and attendance.

Requirements:

• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have a very high attention to detail.

• Must have excellent computer skills and be adept at learning new systems/procedures.

• Experience with SAP highly preferred.

• Detail oriented, self-confident and assured, tactful, supportive.

• Able to work independently and be self-motivated.

Hours : Sun, Mon, Fri, Sat 6am-5pm
