We currently have an opportunity for an Annuity Associate to join our Retirement and Private Wealth Team. The selected employee will be responsible for providing professional support and assistance in managing annuity-related activities. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain effective communication with prospects, clients, strategic partnerships, and vendors, ensuring a seamless flow of information and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling client service requests, preparing for client meetings, and diligently managing databases and files, ensuring that all required notes and documentation are up-to-date and readily accessible.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Professional Communication: You will be the main point of contact for engaging with prospects, existing clients, and business partners, delivering exemplary communication that fosters trust and satisfaction.

  • Client Service Management: Efficiently handle client service requests, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Client Meeting Preparation: Collaborate with the advisory team to prepare for client meetings, assisting in organizing relevant materials and data to facilitate productive discussions.

  • Document Management: Take charge of the database and files, ensuring meticulous organization and timely updates of all client-related information, transactions, and paperwork.

  • Client Review Materials : Assist in the coordination and production of client review materials, compiling relevant data and reports to facilitate thorough and informative reviews.

  • Hypotheticals and Product Comparisons : Help create hypothetical scenarios and product comparisons, enabling advisors to present suitable options to clients based on their unique financial situations.

  • Application Processing : Facilitate the completion and submission of annuity applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Account Transfers : Manage the process of account transfers, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition for clients.

  • Logistical Coordination : Work closely with team members to confirm logistics and requirements for new or existing business, ensuring a smooth workflow that accommodates busy advisor schedules.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Annuity Experience: Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in the annuity industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of annuity products and processes.

  • Tech Proficiency: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is essential, and knowledge of Salesforce and other web-based systems is preferred.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit a team-oriented and creative approach to problem-solving, effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, small business environment.

  • Licenses: Possess or be willing to obtain a Life, Accident, and Health License within 18 months of hire. Additionally, a FINRA Series 6 & 63 designation is preferred and must be acquired within the same timeframe.
