Acculam Order Entry/Customer Service in East Falmouth, Massachusetts
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an AS in business or other suitable discipline with an interest in working in a manufacturing environment. Experience in customer service in lieu of a degree will be considered. We are a growing manufacturing company and have created a professional yet casual environment. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week, first shift, position. Job Duties: Maintains records including invoices, debits, and credits. Respond to customer quote requests. Order entry as well as respond to customer calls and resolve issues. Expedite orders to meet delivery commitments. Other duties as required. Skills: Data entry, and general math skills. Analyzing Information, attention to detail, verbal communication, Microsoft Office software experience. CRM and ERP experience plus. Accurate Plastics is a manufacturer of advanced composite sheet, plate, rod, and tubes. These materials are used in a wide variety of applications ranging from but not limited to industrial, medical, defense, recreational, electronics and aerospace.
