Lead Our Team as a Full-Service Gas Station Manager! Your Key Responsibilities: Manage and Motivate: Lead the hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of your team, ensuring everyone works cohesively toward success. Ensure Compliance: Uphold local, state, and company regulations and policies, maintaining high standards at all times. Optimize Inventory: Oversee ordering, inventory counts, and control waste and shortages. Maintain the Station: Keep the facility clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for customers. Financial Accountability: Monitor financial performance, reconcile daily proceeds, and report results. Build Customer Relationships: Deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve any conflicts or concerns. Hands-On Service: Be prepared to assist in pumping gas when needed and lead by example.
