Location of Role: East Boston, MA
The Mission of the Role
The marketing team creates new products and grows customer awareness (mental availability) through sampling, trade marketing, advertising, and owned premise operations. The VP of Marketing leads this team, overseeing strategy, planning and execution.
Manage the marketing team; hiring and developing the best talent.
Lead product strategy; products, packaging, and promotion.
Develop and execute the annual brand plan.
Grow our owned premise business profitably.
Collect and analyze appropriate data to ensure a consumer centric planning process.
5+ years as a manager of people.
7+ years FMCG marketing or strategy experience, showing role growth over time.
CPG sales leadership experience preferred.
