Provide assistance to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager
Directs project planning
Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable
Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
Provides the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards
Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status
Contributes to manage dependencies among cross-product teams
Works closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist
Acts as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies
Eventuates and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members
Works together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
Assists to manage, identify, and classify risk for functional improvement requests
Plots and conducts the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments
In charge of deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Enhances the daily stand-ups, making sure they are brief, focused, and timely
Acquires information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into counsel
Joins with Product Owner/Product Manager to provide that the product vision and high-level business objectives are error-free and doable
Sets out schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product Requirements - If you're looking for job openings and have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools, you might be a good fit for this position
- Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs is required for success at this position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills
- Applicants with a Project Management (PMP) certification are preferred.
Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
- We'll consider you a good candidate for this position if you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
