The Director CI FRAMEWORK deployment will be responsible for partnering with all of the GPS support functions in the effective and sustainable deployment of the CI Framework resulting in process simplification , enhanced supply reliability and speed, and agility to meet patient needs
Key Responsibilities:
Partnering with all teams within the Operating units to deploy the CI Framework both vertically and horizontally across all GPS supporting functions.
Develop detailed deployment plans to embed the CI framework to enable the specific strategic priorities and performance targets for the individual GPS functions.
Leading deployments across the GPS functions including building capabilities, coaching, process confirmation , troubleshooting problems and monitoring success of deployments.
Utilizing their business, leadership and technical skills in coaching and facilitating leadership and functional teams in engaging with the CI framework in the optimal way, and with the appropriate behaviors, to deliver tangible and sustainable business results
Understanding customers’ needs and working with the functions to drive effective process improvements (focused on process efficiency, simplification, speed and customer experience)
Coaches change management capabilities and facilitates change management plans to ensure successful and sustainable outcomes.
Drive colleagues engagement and develop Lean and Six Sigma capabilities through coaching and mentoring.
Provide experiential input into the refinement of the CI Framework standards for deployment and sustainment.
Professional experience and qualifications:
15+ years experience in Pharmaceutical / life sciences.
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific related discipline required. MBA or advanced scientific degree is a distinct advantage.
Lean Six Sigma Certification ( green or black belt)
Direct experience leading and supporting operational excellence transformations in a pharmaceutical or a related regulated industry, is required.
Divisional and supporting function based OpEx experience a plus.
Direct experience deploying a Continuous improvement system deployment in a pharmaceutical or a related regulated industry, is required.
Up to 30% travel (domestic and International)
