Citizens Bank Digital Testing and Optimization Manager in Dedham, Massachusetts
The Ecommerce Testing Manager is responsible for managing a team that supports and owns testing execution tactics that help develop a differentiated, world class, digital shopping and sales experience. This position is responsible for working with Ecommerce Marketing Product Partners to drive overall sales goals through execution of optimization testing of our digital shopping and sales processes. Primary responsibilities include:Managing team of execution partners to support a test & learn philosophy specific to optimization of the digital shopping and application experience Analysis and optimization of intake and governance processes, specific to eCommerce testing processesCollaborate on testing concepts and results across business lines and partnersExpertise and knowledge of testing tools used and potential alternative tools available within the industryPerforming competitive analysis, monitoring competitive activity and reacting to online trends that can drive testing conceptsPartnering with a number of internal groups to drive digital demand and sales by ensuring change is made based on dataMonitoring and managing risk associated with testing concepts delivered within the shopping and application experienceUtilizing market knowledge and trends to inform design and strategyExecuting on testing deliverablesDeliver on tactical day to day requests
Required Skills/Experience:5-10 years experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Sales and Marketing Knowledge of testing tools such as Adobe Test & Target, usertesting.com, in-person usability and other industry tools used to test1-5 years experience in managementExperience in digital testing, including in-personal and digital usability, as well as extensive knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing practicesStrong relationship building skills Ability to work on competing priorities in a fast paced environment with competing prioritiesWeb analytics, user experience, and optimization experienceAbility to effectively solve problems, present solutions and resolve conflictStrong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment Creative, analytical and takes initiative, along with a strong attention to detailPreferred Skills/Experience:Familiarity with Agile methodologyEducation:Bachelor's Degree required Hours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmPotential for flexible remote working 1-2 days per week#LI-KP2
