Tripleseat Marketing Manager in Concord, Massachusetts

Tripleseat is a market-leading SAAS-based catering and event management platform for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues. We enable those venues to seamlessly book and plan events, increase sales, and streamline their workload.

We are looking for an integrated B2B Marketing Manager with a passion for demand generation to join the Tripleseat Marketing team. This individual will manage the lead life cycle from elevating awareness, driving demand, and creating promotional copy for our restaurant and direct booking products. As a collaborative partner, the Marketing Manager, Restaurants will work with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to meet and exceed goals for our core business lines.

The ideal candidate is a performance-driven B2B marketer with a passion for the hospitality industry. Managing both strategic and tactical marketing responsibilities, the Marketing Manager, Restaurants will identify the right channels to grow leads, build messaging to engage leads, and review analytics to optimize campaigns for overall success. Curiosity and agility are necessary traits for success.

This role will be based in our Concord, MA office.


  • Build, manage and execute the Tripleseat marketing plan in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success management.

  • Plan, implement, and optimize integrated and innovative marketing campaigns, including email, PPC, social, direct mail, event sponsorship, and beyond.

  • Craft necessary promotional content to fuel campaigns and sales efforts, including case studies, new customer announcements, PowerPoint presentations, and customer journey content.

  • Develop an understanding of the competitive set and use that knowledge to fuel comprehensive campaigns.

  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to ensure strong marketing/sales alignment and collaboration.

  • Collaborate with the product and partner teams to elevate product announcements and leverage partner opportunities in our messaging.


  • 7+ years marketing experience, ideally in field marketing, events, or general B2B marketing.

  • Excellent track record of driving highly integrated omnichannel marketing programs.

  • Strong attention to detail and content creation skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

  • Data-driven, can dive into metrics, understand KPIs and report on success.

  • Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and apply new tools and creative techniques to challenges.

  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Marketo), ABM (Terminus), Content Journey (PathFactory), and Wordpress experience a plus

  • Appreciation for the hospitality and SaaS industries.

  • Travel to and participation at 2-4 tradeshows a year is required.
