Tripleseat Hotel Professional Services Representative in Concord, Massachusetts

As a Hotel Professional Services Representative at Tripleseat, you will be part of a team of skilled, forward-thinking success specialists who take a customer-centric approach to all they do. As one of the first touches from the Customer Success team, you will be instrumental in helping set the tone of Tripleseat’s award-winning support and service that contributes to our exceptional renewal rate.

In this role you will:

  • Communicate with hotel customers to determine requirements for their Tripleseat site configuration

  • Participate in internal hand-off and customer kick-off calls

  • Build, optimize & customize the customer’s site for maximum efficiency

  • Ensure installation criteria is complete prior to transitioning to the Hotel Onboarding Specialist

  • Provide timely site edits and customer follow-up as needed

  • Partner with the Onboarding, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years in a customer service role preferably in the hotel space with project management experience

  • Previous experience in the hotel industry required

  • Ability to prioritize and process a high workload volume with proficiency, accuracy, and integrity

  • Desire to own, manage and drive projects forward to ensure deadlines are met

  • Ability to work both independently and with other professional services teammates across multiple workflows

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Comfortable participating and at times, leading video calls with clients

  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and ways to streamline processes

  • Comfortable with web-based software tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Basecamp

  • Possess strong customer empathy and a solid sense of humor

    We are looking for eligible candidates that would be able to commute to our office in Concord, MA.
