Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 (Food Services) for UMass Memorial Health located in Clinton, MA . In this role, you will report to the Food GM, and be part of the leadership team overseeing a team of approximately 15 hourly employees. For this role, we are ideally seeking individuals with a culinary background.

UMass Memorial Health is the largest health care system in Central MA and the third largest in the state of MA. In this management position within Sodexo, you would be bonus eligible. This location also offers free parking.

The successful candidate will:

• coordinate all required tasks, and managing scheduling through frontline staff

• deliver high quality food services including retail, patient meal management, and catering

• ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory and Sodexo standards

• have daily interaction with fellow managers and clinical team to ensure satisfaction

• have culinary production experience, including retail food operations and/or healthcare experience

• can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service
