This is achieved by working with honesty, fairness and respect, and building up the virtues of \"humble, hungry, and people-smart\". https://notch.com/ The Assistant Large Project Manager and Estimator will be reporting to the Vice President of Estimating and Project Management, will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients and ensuring the successful completion of projects. Key duties include providing detailed cost estimates for projects ranging from \$500,000 to \$1 million, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with field supervisors and craftsmen, and offering technical support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organization, problem-solving skills, and a desire to advance to a Large Project Manager/Estimator. The successful candidate will: Possess an Associates or Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience. Have a minimum of 3-5 years in Mechanical Project Management, Estimating, or applicable hands-on field experience. Have strong knowledge of piping, plumbing, refrigeration, contract design, estimating, and project management is required. Familiarity with the customer\'s industry, manufacturing processes, construction equipment, and techniques. Key duties include providing detailed cost estimates for projects ranging from \$500,000 to \$1 million, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with field supervisors and craftsmen, and offering technical support. Have good interpersonal skills including communication, organization, and relationship building. Must have previous exposure construction equipment, drawings, and specifications. The successful candidate in this role will be passionate; self-starter; with a \"can-do\" attitude.
