USALLIANCE Financial Team Lead - Digital Banking in Chelmsford, Massachusetts

As a Digital Banking Team Lead at USALLIANCE, you will be responsible for establishing requirements, prioritizing requests, and monitoring the team's progress towards goals. You will be researching, analyzing, finding, and implementing data-based solutions to achieve marketing, eCommerce, and business objectives.

  • Prioritize development work and balance the needs of different departments and stakeholders through prioritized stories in the scrum backlog;

  • Brainstorm and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders to continuously define priorities and existing capabilities;

  • Use those recommendations to create technical specifications, test plans, and documentation when necessary.

  • Enable analytics-driven decision making to evolve products and usage;

  • Evangelize digital banking both internally and externally and shepherd products through the development process, advocating to achieve the best outcomes;

  • Help the Digital Banking team deliver features by making difficult tradeoffs and removing roadblocks;

  • Document and maintain Product documentation and flows to have them audit-ready.

  • Research industry benchmarks, best practices, and internal historical trends to provide insights, communicate trends (internal and external), and become a subject matter expert.

  • Agile mindset and transformation champion.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years experience, preferably in payment and/or banking industries;

  • A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving digital banking innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset;

  • A background in integrating and launching software or services in partnership with stakeholders and development teams

  • Experience creating technical specifications, test plans, and documentation

  • Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and an ability to articulate product functionality;

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment;

  • A high degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability;

  • An ability to solve complex problems and a highly analytical approach;

  • Comfortable in defining reusable platform capabilities and APIs;

  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization and/or business intelligence reporting tools

  • Experience with SQL a plus
