Structural Preservation Systems, LLC has multiple openings for Project Manager in Chelmsford, MA. Manages 3-6 projects at a time of moderate complexity that have an aggregate value generally in the range of \$1-\$5million. Reviews and negotiates contracts, change orders, subcontractor contracts. Oversees and evaluates billings, as-builts, budgets, purchases, production tracking, operational planning, development of project schedule, assignment of man power, communication with engineers and clients, claims management, quality control as related to projects schedules, plans and or specifications. Manages superintendents/foreman, subcontractors, technicians at the level required to meet the division or branch goals. Obtains all necessary permits and licenses. Assures all PPE required by safety specs and company policies is worn by employees, subcontractors and site visitors, adhering to Company safety policies and culture. Supervise project engineers. Must have Master\'s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field and 12 months of experience as Project engineer, project manager, or related, including 1 year of experience interpreting, planning and executing specification requirements, negotiating basic contract/subcontract T&C, and evaluating and minimizing risk and loss exposure on projects managed. 1 year of experience with production tracking and analysis, billing, forecasting, and percent complete accounting. 1 year of experience with critical path sequencing, work task relationships, and resource loading. 1 year of experience estimating and preparing change orders. 1 year of experience with forecasting tools and scheduling software.
