Aerotek is hiring for one of the worlds largest online retailers! We are searching for team leads and managers comfortable leading industrial maintenance teams in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Position: Industrial Maintenance Lead

Location: Uxbridge, MA / Charlton, MA

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000/yr DOE

Schedule: Set schedule. flexibility required

Responsibilities:

• Keep our machinery running smoothly through routine maintenance.

• Solve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues to prevent downtime.

• Collaborate with teammates to tackle challenges and improve operations.

• Ensure a safe work environment for all.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; tech degree/certification is a plus.

• Experience in industrial maintenance or other mechanical fields (oil & gas, automotive, renewables etc.)

• 1+ year experience leading a maintenance team.

• Strong skills in electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulics preferred.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Team player with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
