Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager in Charlestown, Massachusetts. This role is pivotal in the healthcare industry, focusing on managing home health services and related administrative tasks. The Operations Manager will play a key role in the daily operations, client relations, and overall satisfaction, while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations within the home health services sector

• Respond promptly and effectively to client needs and inquiries

• Cultivate and foster strong relationships with clients

• Resolve client complaints and queries in a timely and efficient manner

• Oversee payroll and invoicing operations

• Track and report on expenses, ensuring accurate records

• Handle insurance renewals, ensuring they are up to date

• Perform HR duties as required, including administering ADP Workforce Now and Cobra

• Collaborate with various departments to measure and evaluate performance metrics

• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now, a comprehensive workforce management software

• Strong understanding and experience with Benefit Functions

• Experience with Cobra Administration and related duties

• Expertise in handling ADP-Payroll operations and related tasks

• Ability to accurately Code Invoices as per company guidelines

• Experience with Approved Invoices and ensuring they meet company standards

• Mastery in Expense Management tasks, including tracking and optimizing expenses

• Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing a superior customer experience
