12046BRJob ID:12046BRExciting Challenges: Sika is looking for individuals with entrepreneurial mindsets to join our dynamic sales teams across the United States. Sales Associates will have the opportunity to develop presentation skills and business acumen from industry leaders. The Sales Associate will work in a collaborative team environment and manage relationships while learning the market.

This is an entry-level position for individuals looking to start their careers in building materials sales. This position is 100% remote and will require travel daily in the region.

Sales Associate would ideally located in Central Massachusetts/Connecticut or Rhode Island.

What You’ll Do

  • Attains or exceeds sales and profit goals by developing customers via lead follow-up or other marketing initiatives.

  • Involved in Marketing, developing, and selling value propositions.

  • Promptly conducts follow-up and qualification of leads.

  • Continuously seeks to develop new relationships and build existing relationships.

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of all Sika products that can be used to assist customers in product selection and proper application techniques.

  • Provides necessary technical during the bidding and installation of Sika products on projects.

  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.

  • Studies and shares competitive knowledge and business activities.
