Exciting opportunity for a QC Manager focused in Microbiology Our client is looking to interview and hire quickly!
Responsibilities:
Position requires gowning qualification in classified areas; Class 100, 100K, 10K. This position may require 2-3 hours of standing per day with frequent stooping and lifting
Oversees the complex quality activities in support of product production and releases
Ensures the performance of a wide variety of complex activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements by conducting testing, when necessary, overseeing the coordination of testing schedules, trending, and reporting results
Oversee endotoxin, microbiologic (environmental and personnel), and water testing
Enure sample submission for external testing
Participate extensively in high-level quality systems programs (CAPA, Change Controls, Validation etc.).
Generate trend reports as they relate to quality testing
Revise SOPs
Responsible for interdepartmental interactions to ensure customer service needs are understood
Requirements:
BS in Microbiology or related field
Minimum of 5 yrs. exp. in a GMP/GLP regulated environment
Minimum of 3 yrs. exp. supervising/managing a team
Micro pipetting experience
Experience performing endotoxin, microbiologic and water testing
