Dunkin' International Brand Experience Senior Manager - Baskin Robbins & Dunkin' in Canton, Massachusetts
The International Brand Experience Senior Manager leads development of marketing roadmaps, brand playbooks and global content production for the Baskin-Robbins & Dunkin’ brands outside the US, which makes up the largest footprint and financial contribution for the Inspire International business. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing procedure for innovation processes, agency briefings, production timelines, creative resourcing, budgets and framework implementation to support of our field marketing team. Ultimately these efforts support our international franchisees, licensees and joint venture partners in making a meaningful impact with consumers and driving topline sales, while also ensuring consistency in brand voice across all marketing channels and brand extensions. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (International marketing team, regional field teams, commercial services, supply chain, operations training, finance) and partners (licensees, franchisees, vendors). This role demands an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented at the core, but also skilled at partnering with cross-functional groups to work together to find solutions for complex projects. As a member of the International Brand Experience team, this individual will have the opportunity and responsibility to share best practices to help elevate the collective skillset of the brand experience team, supporting all brands in the Inspire portfolio. This position interacts regularly with senior management to provide recommendations and guidance that supports the overall Inspire International business.
The position will be based in the Boston Support Center with an onsite expectation of 80%.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee projects and day-to-day support of field marketing and franchisees to ensure successful implementation of brand strategy and marketing roadmaps
Lead development of annual marketing road maps inclusive of brand campaigns and food & beverage product rollouts
Drive innovation, menu and product development processes, facilitating planning meetings with the cross-functional support team
Lead briefing, production and syndication of International creative resources, including agency relationships, photo shoots, creating global support tools, and creative library management
Manage International marketing budget including AOP planning, monthly status reports and accruals
Assists with ad hoc projects, presentations, and reports to support the Director, International Brand Experience and Vice President, International Marketing

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Minimum 4-Year Degree in Marketing/Business
Preferred Masters Degree in Marketing/Business
Minimum 7 years marketing experience required
Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred
International experience preferred
