Dunkin' Digital Retail Associate Manager - Dunkin' in Canton, Massachusetts

This position will work cross functionally with many teams including guest product, analytics, SEO & digital experience, serving as a Dunkin’ SME to help drive business decisions resulting in increased, highly converting traffic to our digital properties and Rewards program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • App & Play Store optimization – work with our contacts at Google & Apple to maintain strong partnerships & campaign collaboration, driving app visibility & downloads

  • Be the point of contact to Dunkin’s Guest & Loyalty support team – partner on soliciting feedback, extracting pain points, & owning the app review response & customer community strategy (surveys, etc…)

  • Partner with our product & DXP teams as a Dunkin’ POC to ensure that all new features & functionality are being tagged with the correct events & attributes for future behavioral reporting needs; ensure ongoing cleanup & maintenance of the data plans as needed

  • Collaborate closely with DXP team on SEO & website related traffic drivers – drive business focus in the right tactical areas (keep metadata freshly aligned w/ marketing calendars & offers, own the promotional content strategy for SEO – updating GMB posts and image content on local listings, be the point person for resolving Dunkin’ related issues arising from Google Search console, be the Dunkin’ voice and execute strategy behind local pages program, etc…)

  • Partnering with Loyalty & Digital Retail team, support the execution of in-app & website promotional assets – driving visibility to our most exciting products & offers and targeting the right users to drive digital visitation

  • Assist Digital Retail team with merchandising strategy tests on digital properties, including but not limited to upsell/cross sell strategy testing to drive basket size, categorization testing to drive product trial, etc…

  • Work closely with brand marketing & digital retail teams to keep DunkinDonuts.com up to date with LTO items and fresh content throughout the year to drive relevant, timely traffic

  • Liaise between the media & product teams to maintain and grow deeplinking strategy

  • Assist in building brand centric reporting & materials as needed - window reviews, monthly readouts, etc…

  • Support the Digital Retail team as needed with execution of ongoing digital menu, merchandising or other team priorities

  • Stay current with digital best practices, strategies, competition, & industry standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-Year degree preferred

  • 2-3 years’ experience in web/mobile analytics, SEO, or digital media role

  • Experience with Web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA, Mixpanel, or similar)

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities & projects

  • Proficiency with Excel & Powerpoint

  • Demonstrated ability to turn data from multiple sources into action

  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Test & Target, Optimizely, Apptimize, or similar) a plus

  • Strong project management and communication skills

  • Positive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset
