DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:Answering telephone calls, handle the customer question or route to appropriate personnel Provide top notch customer service by offering answers to questions, concerns, issues, etc. Taking payments via phone or in person, cash, credit card, etc. Sending out new customer packets to new customers and entering new customer information into the database Email and mail invoices and send cards for recommended work Creating work orders Perform end of day routines, post finance charges, update aging, and other billing related tasks Maintain and post the weekly service schedules Collections calls on outstanding invoices and mailing out past due letters to customers Scheduling incoming service work, or make outgoing calls to customers to schedule required or suggested work. Service Billing: billing of parts and labor to customers for work completed. Inventory: monitoring inventory & prices, and updating as needed, entering Purchase Orders and tracking delivery of product Provide research for new products, services, or locate information, as needed General office duties, and additional duties as they arise.
