Inspire Brands Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications in Canton, Massachusetts

The Dunkin’ Integrated Marketing Communications team is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented, Associate Manager to help steward the Dunkin’ brand and drive breakthrough integrated marketing plans at the national and local levels. The ideal candidate is a mix of left brain and right brain with a sharp creative instinct and eye on culture. They are a curious thinker, eager to work in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support team in the creation of robust integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including TV, video, radio, OOH, digital and social, helping develop strategy and creative and execute production alongside agency partners

  • Work closely with internal and external partners to shape and manage sports sponsorship marketing

  • Potential for leading Hispanic marketing advertising and communications in collaboration with agency partners

  • Daily stewardship of Dunkin’ brand helping oversee and guide communications

  • Manage monthly and annual budget tracking and process, serving as the source of knowledge for all things budget

  • Strong project management skills to help shape the collaborative process and manage timelines

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 - year college degree preferably with a focus in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

  • Creativity- brings a fun, inspired approach to work every day

  • Strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team

  • High attention to detail and process-orientation

  • Resourcefulness and creative problem solving

  • Experience with multicultural marketing and/or fluent in Spanish is a plus

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively

  • Ability to perform at the speed of the Dunkin’ business: balance multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic setting.

  • Past agency experience or experience closely collaborating with agencies is preferred

  • Experience managing budgets and budget tracking is required

  • General understanding of production (TV, radio, OOH, social) is preferred

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Travel Required - 15% for production and travel to Atlanta/ Boston office
