  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to develop strategies, manage active campaigns, and review final campaign reports

  • Manage the media traffic process for national and local media, working closely with the agency partners, Field Marketing, and Brand Stewardship team

  • Day-to-day budget management of the national media plan

  • Review and manage monthly budget reports with media agency

  • Work closely with Dunkin’ Finance team and agency finance team on monthly media spend projections

  • Responsible for opening Purchase Orders and tracking billing against PO’s and media authorizations

  • Partner with and help manage Dunkin’s agencies that support our media strategies

  • Proactively identify new partnership opportunities either with existing partners and media channels or through net new relationships

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key brand partners including but not limited to media, social, payments as well as across all brand pillars

  • Create and manage partnership trials and testing opportunities to create business case to prove benefit to Dunkin. Establish testing plan, KPIs and share learnings with cross-functional partners


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • At least 2 years’ experience in paid media or marketing communications


  • Prefer agency or brand experience with both on- and offline media: digital, social, mobile, audio, video (linear/digital)
