responsibilities:

• Responsible for tasks associated with the processing of validation data and documentation in the company validation systems with minimal supervision.

• Provide assistance in formatting data sheets and document binders and coordinating the routing of data from Quality Control to Quality Assurance.

• Coordinating equipment release with Manufacturing following cleaning events.

• Assembly of cleaning verification documentation into binders

• Collection of cleaning testing data for Manufacturing equipment

• Documentation of cleaning data onto data forms

• Tracking and coordinating equipment release after QC data is reported

• Providing equipment cleaning validation data packets to Quality Assurance

• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned

qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in related field

• Requires 2-5 years' of related experience.

• Requires strong attention to detail to ensure accurate information is provided throughout the organization.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to read, write, and converse in English.

• Must be computer literate.

• Experience with MS Excel is required.

• Must have the following personal attributes: integrity and trust, work ethic, sound judgment, intellectual honesty, pragmatism, courage and conviction.

• Requires lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted.

• Requires frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting and sitting, with some lifting up and down to head and chest level, kneeling, and stooping regularly throughout a regular work shift.
