Position Summary:

The Sr Technical Sales Specialist, Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) is a role within the Bioproduction Group (BPG) commercial organization! This role will drive adoption of the rapidly growing CGT portfolio. The Sr Technical Sales Specialist, CGT role will support the Cell Culture Cell Therapy (CCCT) Technical Sales team and greater BPG commercial team while also working cross-divisionally with CGT business development team to build a strong a pipeline of revenue growth!

Responsibilities:

• Support and drive CGT revenue growth within region.

• Partner closely with CGT product management to drive commercial strategy, initiatives and new product information (NPI) activities.

• Develop strategic territory plan for the region to drive CGT initiatives and growth.

• Owns regional CGT SFDC pipeline, opportunity and forecasting adoption and reporting.

• Share updates with broader team in regards to technical knowledge on CGT product lines, company literature, and competitive products.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in a life-science related field required, such as Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Engineering.

• 8 + years of sales experience working in a role related to the bioproduction process.

• Shows good judgment and tact when interacting with internal and external customers.

• Must possess strong understanding of customer challenges and solution development.

• Experience and knowledge of CGT market, with high level of technical proficiency is strongly preferred.
